Overview

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and oversee the construction and maintenance of our mission critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with a focus on data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all phases of data center construction and maintenance projects
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of design plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for data center operations
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a project manager in the data center or mission critical environment
• Strong understanding of data center operations, power distribution, HVAC systems, and networking infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM) is a plus

Day-to-day

• Meeting with engineering and construction teams to review project progress and address any challenges
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
• Communicating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials
• Analyzing project risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues
• Providing regular updates to senior management on project status and key milestones
