Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and the construction of power infrastructures, such as power lines, data centers, and mission critical facilities. As a Construction Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction of power infrastructures, including power lines, data centers, and mission critical facilities
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards and regulations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, ensuring efficient and effective project execution
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in the construction of power infrastructures, with a focus on high voltage and medium voltage systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and related construction processes
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders

Day-to-day

  • Collaborating with project teams to develop and implement construction plans
  • Conducting site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues
  • Managing project budgets and resources to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Communicating with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the construction process
  • Providing leadership and guidance to construction teams to ensure successful project completion
