Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the design and build of high tech logistics and storage facilities. This role is crucial to the success of our operations and requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills.

Day-to-Day

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire project lifecycle, from the initial design phase to construction and implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be involved in stakeholder management, procurement, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and construction of storage facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Lead procurement activities and manage vendor relationships
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are aligned with organizational goals
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in design and build projects
• Proficiency in budgeting, estimating, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
