Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and closing of various projects in the engineering and data center space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on mission critical projects, ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective contingency plans
• Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, including upper management and clients
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive project team environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center or mission critical environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is a plus

Day-to-day

• Coordinate and lead project meetings and working sessions
• Review and approve project deliverables
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budget
• Provide guidance and support to project team members
• Address any project issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner
