Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing projects in the field of design and construction, with a focus on data centre, hyperscale, and colocation facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, planning, and cost management within the construction industry.

Day-to-day

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Overseeing project planning and execution according to strict deadlines and budgets
• Providing leadership and guidance to project teams
• Managing project stakeholders and communication
• Identifying and resolving project issues in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the successful delivery of data centre, hyperscale, and colocation facility projects
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget management
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in design and construction
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Evaluate and mitigate project risks
• Foster a culture of safety and quality on all projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of data centre, hyperscale, and colocation facility design and construction processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
