Day-to-Day

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of transformative infrastructure projects. Some of your daily activities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Leading the design and construction of cutting-edge Greenfield data centers.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Hosting meetings with key stakeholders to align on project deliverables and risks.
• Reviewing project designs to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Driving process improvements, managing risk, and proactively problem-solving challenges that arise.
• Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing end-to-end data center projects, from inception to completion.
• Overseeing the design and build process, ensuring adherence to project scope, safety regulations, and high-quality standards.
• Spearheading Greenfield initiatives with a focus on innovative construction and cost management.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, clients, contractors, and external partners.
• Analyzing project data and reports, demonstrating ownership of KPIs to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and sustainability guidelines in all project activities.
• Managing stakeholder communications to provide project updates and resolve escalations.
• Deploying modern project management methodologies and tools to maximize team effectiveness.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

• Proven track record of managing large-scale data center projects, including Greenfield developments.
• Deep expertise in project lifecycle management, including design, build, and operations phases.
• Strong competency in budget management, time management, and quality control.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent expertise in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Knowledge of construction standards, permitting processes, and regulatory frameworks.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in project management related to high-tech or mission-critical infrastructure.
