We are seeking an experienced **Senior Project Manager** with a strong background in electrical contracting, data center construction, and mission-critical environments. This role is a critical part of our team, leading projects from concept to completion with excellence. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex electrical projects for data centers, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, quality, budget, and timeline. Responsibilities  
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects for data centers and mission-critical facilities.  
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including scope development, budgeting, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.  
- Work closely with electrical contractors, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.  
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors while serving as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.  
- Monitor progress against project milestones, addressing any challenges or deviations proactively to ensure on-time delivery.  
- Implement and promote best practices in safety, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards, including local and national electrical codes.  
- Analyze and report on project performance, delivering detailed updates to senior leadership and stakeholders at regular intervals.  
- Manage procurement of materials, subcontractors, and other resources, ensuring alignment with project budgets.  
- Mentor and coach junior project managers or team members, fostering an environment of professional growth.  
- Stay informed on trends and advancements in the electrical contracting and mission-critical construction spaces.

Qualifications  

### Education & Experience  
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).  
- A minimum of **8+ years of experience** in project management, focusing on **data center construction** and/or **mission-critical projects.**  
- Proven experience leading electrical contractor teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.  

Technical Skills  
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and installation requirements for mission-critical facilities.  
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms).  
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, risk assessment, and safety management practices in a construction environment.  

Interpersonal Skills  
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.  
- A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt under pressure and make critical decisions in dynamic situations.  

Certifications  
- Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.  
- OSHA safety training certification is a plus.

Day-to-Day  
- Manage multiple ongoing projects, balancing priorities and ensuring all deliverables are met.  
- Attend and lead construction meetings with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams.  
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, safety, and compliance with established standards.  
- Review and approve project documents such as RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and change orders.  
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules with input from team members, ensuring alignment across all contributors.  
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational or logistical challenges that arise on the job site.  
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting collaboration and professional growth.  
- Prepare daily and weekly project updates to be shared with leadership and other stakeholders.
