Job Title: Senior Director of Construction | Hyperscale Data Center Projects

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Construction | Hyperscale Data Center Projects to lead the construction strategy and execution for transformative, mission-critical data center developments. Responsibilities
As the Senior Director of Construction, your responsibilities will include:
- Championing Safety and Quality: Promote the highest standards for safety, quality, and professionalism on-site.
- Strategic Oversight: Guide and oversee GCs, owner vendors, and trade partners to ensure project objectives are met with precision.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional construction efforts from entitlements to commissioning.
- Contract Management: Negotiate terms for GC contracts and manage project budgets from inception to handover.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between Legal, Finance, Engineering, Development, and Operations teams.
- Executive Reporting & Communication: Provide consistent project updates to leadership, funding partners, and clients.
- Mentorship: Develop and empower high-performing construction teams.
- Value Engineering: Offer strategic insights into scheduling, procurement, and value engineering opportunities.
- Risk Management: Actively support risk mitigation, commissioning, and change order processes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Experience: 10+ years in construction management, with at least 5+ years focused on hyperscale data center projects.
- Track Record: Proven success with large-scale, ground-up builds.
- Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams through complex challenges.
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in managing project budgets, contracts, and schedules.
- Tools Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, BIM, and PM tools.
- Industry Experience: Working knowledge of AIA documents, OFCI/CFCI equipment, lender requirements, and related industry frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing competing priorities with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Location & Travel
- This role is based near Dallas, TX sites. On-site presence is required 4–5 days per week.
- Occasional domestic travel may be required to support project needs.
