Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on data center projects or similarly complex facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and IT systems, is highly desirable.
• PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are preferred.

Day-to-Day

In this role, your daily activities will include:
