Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of mission-critical facilities, particularly data centers. As a Superintendent, you will work closely with our general contractor to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the general contractor, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Implement and enforce quality control programs to maintain high construction standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality among team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in mission-critical construction projects, with a strong focus on data centers.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, industry standards, and best practices for managing complex projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team and build strong working relationships.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees.

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with the general contractor to develop and implement construction schedules and plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to project requirements and safety standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients and project managers, to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and inclusivity.
