Overview

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Supervisor with extensive data center experience to join our construction and engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry and happy to go Sweden, with the flexibility to work on projects throughout Europe. Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise electrical installations in data centers and other construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate with the project manager and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines
• Train and mentor junior electrical supervisors and technicians
• Manage and track project budgets and resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical supervision, with a focus on data center projects
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in English and Swedish, additional European languages are a plus

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute electrical installations
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries and schedules
• Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team
• Generate progress reports and documentation for project management
