Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Commissioning Manager to join our team. The MEP Commissioning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with a solid understanding of commissioning procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commissioning process for MEP systems in construction projects.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure the successful operation of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to verify and test MEP systems.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems commissioning.
• Document and report on the commissioning progress, including testing procedures and results.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for MEP systems commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP systems commissioning, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute MEP systems commissioning activities.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress and quality of commissioning activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address commissioning-related issues and ensure project milestones are met.
• Review commissioning documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in MEP systems commissioning.
