Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for data centre projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and success.
• Prepare and present cost estimates and value engineering options to stakeholders.
• Oversee bid processes, including subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in preconstruction management, preferably within the data centre, automotive, or mission-critical sectors.
• Strong tenure and stability in previous roles, with experience in mid-to-large-sized general contractors.
• Effective communication and presentation skills to engage with owners and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and scheduling.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required for meetings and site visits.

Day-to-Day

• Manage preconstruction schedules and budgets.
