Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for data centre projects. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plan for data centre projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of MEP installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and material submittals.
• Monitor and report on the performance of QA/QC processes, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous quality enhancement.
• Ensure all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager, preferably within data centre or MEP-focused projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in quality management or MEP systems are highly desirable.

Day-to-Day

• Oversee daily QA/QC activities on-site, ensuring all work adheres to the approved quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests on MEP installations, documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
• Attend project meetings to provide updates on quality performance and address any concerns.
• Support the project team in resolving technical and quality-related challenges.
• Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to project stakeholders.
