Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join our team. As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with various project teams, and optimizing resources to ensure successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather schedule inputs and ensure accuracy
- Review project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive and achievable schedules
- Monitor and update project schedules to reflect changes in scope, budget, or resource availability
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays
- Communicate schedule updates and status reports to project stakeholders
- Analyze project data to identify areas for schedule improvement and resource optimization
- Collaborate with the project team to develop recovery plans for schedule delays
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scheduler in the construction industry
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze complex scheduling data and make informed recommendations
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred

- Meeting with project teams to gather schedule inputs
- Updating project schedules based on real-time data and stakeholder input
- Analyzing schedule performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Communicating schedule updates and changes to project stakeholders
